Senior Healthcare Recruiting Specialist - US Permanent Placement

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiting Specialist to join our team and lead efforts in recruiting top-tier healthcare professionals for permanent placements across the United States. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients are matched with highly skilled professionals who align with their organizational needs and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, SMS, email, and phone to source top candidates actively seeking work opportunities.
• Identify and match well-qualified healthcare professionals with client job orders while maintaining regular contact.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and create targeted shortlists.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive lead database, ensuring constant growth and opportunity tracking.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly performance goals.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of healthcare recruitment experience.
• Proven success recruiting US-based candidates for US healthcare clients.
• Experience recruiting for positions such as Respiratory Therapists, Sonographers, RNs, Director of Nursing, and Cath Lab is highly desirable.
• A track record of high performance, self-motivation, and a competitive edge.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, along with excellent relationship-building skills.


Schedule:

• US Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM MST.
