Our Brand is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in high-quality orthopedic products, including knee braces, back braces, ankle braces, and more. We provide effective pain relief solutions for athletes, seniors, and individuals recovering from injuries. As part of our growth, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our marketing strategy by creating visually compelling digital assets using tools like Canva, Figma, and Klaviyo.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. You will be responsible for designing visuals for each stage of our customer journey, including ads, social media content, website assets, and
Responsibilities:
• Design digital assets for various marketing channels, including:
•
• Google Display Ads and banners.
• Social media posts and stories (Instagram, TikTok) using Canva.
•
• Product pages and landing pages using Figma.
• Simple video editing for social media reels using CapCut or other AI-based editing tools.
• Infographics and educational content for blog posts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visuals are aligned with the customer journey (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
• Design branded packaging and unboxing experiences to create a memorable first impression and encourage social sharing.
• Create visuals for customer review campaigns, including banners, testimonial videos, and referral program assets.
• Assist with user-generated content (UGC) campaigns by creating frames and branded elements that encourage customers to share their experiences.
• Develop product comparison graphics and visual guides that help customers make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce, health, or wellness industries.
• Proficient in Canva, Klaviyo
• Experience creating digital marketing assets such as social media ads,
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles for creating intuitive, visually appealing product and landing pages.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team, take direction, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, on-brand designs.
• Bonus: Experience working with orthopedic, health, or fitness products.
