We’re in search of a Senior Graphic Designer who excels in creating exceptional designs that drive user engagement, enhance branding, and align with strategic business goals. This role requires not only design expertise but also leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members and take ownership of design projects from concept to execution. Roles Objectives:

- Strategic Design Leadership: Develop and execute design strategies that align with business Strategic Design Leadership: Develop and execute design strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring that all visual outputs contribute to brand growth and customer engagement.

- Marketing Sales Funnels Expertise: Create, build, and design marketing sales funnels using GHL or related tools, ensuring designs are both visually compelling and strategically aligned to drive conversions and user engagement.

- Brand Identity Evolution: Lead efforts to maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and innovation across all marketing materials, web assets, and branding elements.

- User Experience Excellence: Create user-centered designs for funnels, websites, and other digital platforms, focusing on improving engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and web teams to deliver cohesive design solutions that align with project goals and drive measurable results.

- Mentorship and Development: Guide, mentor, and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team.

- Innovation and Trends: Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating modern approaches into your work and sharing insights to keep the team updated.



Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong background in digital marketing, branding, and web design.

2. Proven expertise in creating visually compelling designs that drive business results, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, funnels, web layouts, and other digital platforms.

3. Proficiency in creating, building, and designing marketing sales funnels using GHL (Go High Level) or related tools is a must.

4. Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and advanced web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

5. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with the ability to maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables.

6. Familiarity with website design concepts, including UX best practices.

7. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead cross-functional projects and inspire team members.

9. Leadership and mentorship experience, with a proven ability to nurture junior designers and elevate team performance.

10. Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry advancements, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
