Senior Graphic Designer

Daily Core Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing and creating visual designs for various media, including print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborating with clients or project managers to determine design goals and objectives, and creating design concepts that meet those needs.
-Creating email marketing designs and other digital type of content
- Selecting appropriate colors, images, and typography for each project, and incorporating them into designs.
- Using graphic design software and tools to create designs, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting project deadlines.
- Conducting research on current design trends and best practices, and incorporating these trends into design work.
- Preparing designs for printing, including setting up files for printers and ensuring that designs are print-ready.
- Communicating design ideas and concepts effectively to clients or project managers, and making revisions as necessary.
- Collaborating with other designers, writers, and developers to ensure that design work is consistent with other aspects of a project.
- Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work.
- Can lead or manage a team of Junior designers.

Qualifications:
-Proficiency in using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
-Availability to work from 8am - 5pm PST
