JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with extensive experience in Google Ads, PPC campaign management, and conversion optimization. You will play a key role in maximizing ROI, scaling campaigns, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine campaign strategies.
Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, targeting, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to implement innovative strategies.
Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and spend efficiency.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to enhance ad creatives and landing pages.
Generate comprehensive reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Data Studio, and automation tools.
Experience with remarketing, audience targeting, and lead generation strategies.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, Quality Score optimization, and ad extensions.
Familiarity with SEO principles and how they complement PPC efforts.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Google Ads Certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience managing high-budget, multi-channel PPC campaigns.
Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, or other paid media platforms.
Strong copywriting and creative skills for ad optimization.
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation industries.
