Senior Full Stack Developer (React/Node.js)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join full-time, helping to debug, improve, and enhance projects primarily developed using Replit and AI-assisted coding platforms. You'll collaborate directly with our founder, refining initial AI-generated prototypes into production-ready applications, maintaining existing systems, and developing new features. As our technical expert, you'll also suggest and advise on the best technologies to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Debug, optimize, and prepare code for production
- Collaborate directly with the founder to implement and enhance features
- Suggest and advise on suitable technologies and tools
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Proficiency with Node.js & Express.js backend
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and ORM tools (ideally Drizzle)
- Experience or willingness to quickly learn and adapt to coding environments such as Replit and other AI-assisted development tools
- Session-based authentication experience
- Version control expert - Github

Who You Are:
- Experienced full-stack developer (3+ years relevant experience)
- Experience building web apps from inception, to production and then to rolling out new features
- Independent problem-solver
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Passionate about clean, efficient code
- Fast learner with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies
