Medical Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.. You will be responsible for both inside and outside sales activities, driving new business and maintaining existing accounts.

Primary Sales Markets Include:
-Medical Supply and HME/DME Dealers and Stores
-Private Pharmacies
-Maternity Stores
-Sporting Goods Stores
-Hospitals and Outpatient Clinics
-Doctor’s Offices
-Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes
-VA Hospitals

Key Responsibilities:
-Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
-Build and maintain relationships with key accounts in the medical industry and other relevant markets.
-Conduct both inside and outside sales activities, including face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
-Execute business and sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
-Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
-Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track progress, and report sales activities.
-Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:
-3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience in the medical markets.
-Demonstrated success in cold calling, developing new business, and opening and maintaining accounts.
-Strong phone and face-to-face communication skills.
-Proven ability to achieve sales goals and execute sales plans effectively.
-Dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
-Excellent people skills with the ability to motivate and close deals.
-Proficiency with CRM systems for managing and tracking sales activities.
-Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese, or Russian are a plus.
