We are in search of an Executive Assistant to carry out various administrative tasks and provide support to our senior managers. The role involves managing schedules, and other clerical work. To excel in this position, you need strong organizational and time management abilities, along with the capacity to work independently. Your main goal is to enhance our business efficiency by offering personalized and timely assistance to our executives.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
Ensure smooth and accurate flow of information
Schedule and coordinate meetings, managing executives' calendars
Proficiency in writing, reviewing, and creating reports/presentations
Supervise other clerical staff
Manage office supplies inventory as needed
Format information for various internal and external communications
Handle phone calls and distribute correspondence
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
With experience working in start-up company
Proficiency in Google Suites,
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and creatively
Familiarity with office applications (e.g., electronic calendars)
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Discretion and confidentiality
Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
Preferably, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
