Role Overview:
We are seeking a world-class Senior Direct Response Digital Marketer; a proven expert in creating and driving high-performing direct response campaigns and funnels across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and experienced executor, capable of crafting persuasive direct response messaging and offers that drive tangible commercial results and measurable ROI.

You must have a lot of experience in running and scaling profitable direct response ad campaigns across critical platforms such as Meta and Google/YouTube, with additional expertise in LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging digital channels will be looked at. Your work will directly impact the growth, revenue, and market presence of our agency and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
? Strategically conceptualize, plan, and execute high-performing direct-response paid advertising campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
? Lead and oversee end-to-end funnel strategy, including offer creation, persuasive ad angles, landing page development, video sales letters (VSLs), email nurture sequences, and ongoing optimization.
? Conduct deep market research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify actionable insights, messaging opportunities, and unique positioning strategies.
? Continually optimize campaign performance, leveraging data analytics and A/B testing to systematically improve conversion rates, lower customer acquisition costs, and maximize overall ROI.
? Develop and enhance compelling creative messaging and ad copy that resonates with target audiences and elicits a robust direct response.
? Collaborate closely with internal creative, design, and technical teams to develop cohesive marketing funnels and customer experiences.
? Prepare and present detailed campaign reports, clearly communicating performance insights, recommendations, and strategic opportunities to internal stakeholders and clients.

Experience & Key Skills Required:
? Proven track record (minimum 5+ years) in successfully managing and scaling profitable direct response digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) - LinkedIn and Tik Tok experience is helpful to LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
? Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing profitable marketing funnels, persuasive sales pages, compelling VSLs, and effective email marketing sequences that drive measurable conversions.
? Strong experience and understanding of B2B marketing, high-ticket sales/acquisition strategies, as well as e-commerce direct response marketing.
? Exceptional analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads platform, and industry-standard CRM tools.
? A confident communicator and collaborator, able to clearly articulate strategies, insights, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
? Commercially minded, with a proven ability to manage significant advertising budgets and deliver quantifiable financial outcomes generated through direct response campaigns, clearly demonstrating your strategic thinking, creative execution, and optimization capabilities.
