The Role:
-Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vital clients, building and maintaining solid relationships.
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities and provide strategic digital solutions to meet their goals.
Actively engage with clients to identify and address their evolving needs while proactively seeking account growth and upselling opportunities.
-Digital Strategy Development:
Collaborate with clients to define their digital marketing objectives and develop effective strategies aligning with their business goals.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic recommendations.
Identify new digital marketing opportunities and provide innovative ideas to enhance clients' online presence and drive measurable results.
-Project Management and Delivery:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative, development, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimisation.
-Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tea
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and share relevant insights with the team and clients.
The Ideal:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience (5 years) as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
-Extensive knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media,
marketing, and web analytics.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
-Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools,
and project management software.
-Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide tea
-Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
