We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketer to join us in building a fresh digital marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the online presence of a fast-growing cleaning company and drive real, measurable results in a brand-new marketing landscape.
*Position Overview:*
We currently have no ongoing marketing initiatives, which makes this role ideal for someone eager to take full ownership and make an impact. You’ll have the freedom to explore creative, innovative strategies and will be responsible for building and executing campaigns across various digital platforms. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to run independent campaigns with a strong focus on performance metrics.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta
- Create and execute content strategies to engage and grow our audience
- Optimize our website and content for SEO to increase organic traffic
- Plan and implement
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure RivetStays remains competitive in the market
*Requirements:*
- Extensive experience with paid advertising on Google and Meta platforms
- Proven expertise in content creation, SEO, and
- Ability to run campaigns independently with a strong focus on performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and project management skills
