Senior Digital Designer

We're seeking an exceptional designer to elevate our brand through stunning digital experiences and visual assets. You'll work directly with our co-founder to shape our visual identity across web, social, and marketing channels.

Direct collaboration with Co-founder | Mountain Time (GMT-7)

Core Responsibilities:
- Design high-converting websites, landing pages, and sales funnels
- Create engaging graphics for blogs, YouTube, and social media
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity
- Execute A/B testing for visual optimization
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

Requirements:
- Proven agency or high-performance design experience
- Expert in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design
- Excellence in remote collaboration and communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- Video editing expertise (Descript)
- A/B testing experience
- Virtual/Executive Assistant background
