Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WordPress development, strong coding skills across multiple languages, and expertise in managing hosting environments and domain configurations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites with advanced functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and Python.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, performance, and security concerns.
- Manage hosting environments, including server configurations, backups, and optimizations.
- Handle domain management, including DNS configurations and SSL setup.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and SEO specialists to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and mobile responsiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest web technologies, plugins, and development trends.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional web development experience, with a strong focus on WordPress.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and Python.
- In-depth understanding of WordPress architecture, including custom themes, plugins, and APIs.
- Expertise in managing hosting accounts, including server administration and cPanel/Plesk.
- Advanced knowledge of domain and DNS management.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third-party tools.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, such as WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Prior experience in a digital agency environment.

Work Schedule:
