Role Overview:
The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be instrumental in ensuring that Digital Flo’s clients achieve outstanding results through proactive engagement, strategic guidance, and dedicated support. As our Senior CSM, you will foster lasting client relationships, oversee the onboarding process, track and measure client success against key milestones, and ensure the seamless adoption of our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Onboarding & Implementation: Lead and oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth and timely implementation of our AI solutions.
• Success Tracking: Monitor client performance, ensuring they meet key milestones and activation points, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
• Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic advice to clients to maximize their success with our products, proactively suggesting additional features or solutions to enhance their results.
• Retention & Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with client needs, working closely with the sales and growth teams.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback and insights, communicating these internally to help improve our products, services, and client experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, ensuring alignment and cohesive client experiences.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Customer Success, Client Management, or a similar role within the digital marketing, SaaS, or AI industry.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience preferred but not required).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities, able to mentor junior CSM teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Preferred Skills:
• Background in digital marketing, lead generation, or AI-driven technologies.
• Familiarity with automated systems, including AI appointment setters, voice AI, SMS, and conversational marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and improvements.
