Senior Customer Service Agent

Best Body, Australia's leading Pilates company for our community is seeking a Member Success Consultant to join our incredible Member Success Team based in the Philippines. As a pivotal player in the team, you will be responsible for all things member-related, understanding their ‘Why’ and ‘Reality,’ and providing recommendations on how they can best achieve their desired results and goals with Best Body.

Working closely with our Member Success Team Leader, you will own Best Body’s customer service presence using world-class systems to understand the impact you have made in our members' lives. As a savvy Member Success Consultant, you will build relationships with members through calls, emails, and chats in a mix of proactive and responsive engagements. This will include queries on classes, membership benefits, merchandise, member feedback, and calling all members for milestones and special occasions.

Working as part of a growing team, you’ll ensure exemplary customer service is provided by treating members as long lost friends. You'll be empowered to own this space and ensure the success of our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with members through calls, emails, and chats.
Understand members’ goals and provide recommendations on how they can achieve their desired results with Best Body.
Use world-class systems to understand the impact you have made in our members' lives.
Ensure exemplary customer service is provided by treating members as long lost friends.
Be empowered to own the Member Success space and ensure the success of our members.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a retail or sales environment.
Desire to learn the usability of 8x8 and Momence.
Keen understanding of the health and wellness business landscape, including competitors, social, political, and environmental factors.
Obsession with details – remembering names and making sure everyone feels like a long lost friend.
Exceptionally resourceful - if you don't have the answer, you go out and find it.
Resilient and have a growth mindset.
Leaves ego at the door.
Pride yourself on self-accountability and achieving goals.

Monthly wage of Php 40,000
2 days accrued leave each month
