What You’ll Do

Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructures (firewalls, VPNs, switches)
Provide support for Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint)
Administer and maintain Active Directory
Troubleshoot desktop issues (hardware, software, and network)
Assist clients with upgrades and installations
Implement IT security measures for client systems
Work closely with clients and colleagues – fluent English communication is a must!

Qualifications

Strong experience in networking, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop troubleshooting
Fluent in spoken and written English (importante ito – most clients are US based!)
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Can work independently and be a team player
Experience in remote IT support tools is a plus
Certifications like CCNA or MS-900? Bonus points! But not required.
