This individual will oversee bookkeeping activities, prepare financial statements, manage investor reporting, and ensure compliance with tax and lender requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate fund and property-level accounting, be a wizard in google sheets, be highly organized, and have a deep understanding of financial controls and reporting standards.
