Job Title: Senior Cold Email & Lead Generation Specialist

About Us
We’re a fast-growing performance marketing agency looking for a skilled cold email pro to own and optimize our top-of-funnel outreach. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to manage additional BDRs and resources.

Responsibilities

-Set up and maintain cold email infrastructure (deliverability, email health, etc.)
-Source, qualify, and manage lead lists based on ICP
-Retarget old lists and maintain DNC and suppression lists
-Automate workflows using Clay.com, Zapier, Smartlead, and Lemlist
-Track and report on key outreach metrics
-Oversee and coach other BDRs as the team grows

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold email campaigns
-Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices
-Hands-on experience with tools like Clay.com, Zapier, Smartlead, Lemlist
-Strong organizational skills for list management and retargeting
-Excellent written communication and attention to detail
-Ability to lead and manage a small team
