Senior Bookkeeper

We're seeking an ambitious bookkeeper ready to grow with our expanding business. Starting part-time with clear progression to full-time, you'll work directly with our founder initially, with opportunities to collaborate with our CPA and CFO as the role develops.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle bookkeeping in FreeAgent, including bank reconciliation and transaction management
• Monthly payroll processing, PAYE, and pension administration
• VAT returns and submissions
• Invoice optimization, collection, and receipt management system improvement
• Team financial training and system optimization
• Comprehensive monthly reporting and year-end preparation

The Ideal Candidate Has:
• 3+ years bookkeeping mastery (FreeAgent expertise is a bonus)
• Strong UK VAT/payroll knowledge
• Proven ability to optimize systems and work in teams
• Exceptional organization and confidentiality standards
