Job Title: Senior Backend Developer - C# and .NET Core
Location: Remote
Working Hours: UK
Salary Range: Php 150,000 - Php 180,000 per month
A MUST: Minimum of 8 years of solid C# and .NET Core experience

About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join their tech team and contribute to key projects transforming their Vehicles Platform and CRM system. This role is focused on backend development and is ideal for candidates who excel at working with innovative technologies to enhance platform scalability, efficiency, and overall user experience. Developers will play a crucial role in our client’s ongoing digital transformation within the automotive finance sector.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Rebuild: Help redevelop our client's legacy Vehicles Platform to support increased capacity and new features.
CRM Modernisation: Assist in migrating the CRM system to a modern, container-based setup to improve scalability, efficiency, and developer workflows.
Technical Contribution: Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using .NET Core, C#, and testing suites.
Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, tech leads, and team members to support project goals and deliverables.
Innovation: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, bringing innovative solutions to enhance platform functionality.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Skills
Strong experience with C# and .NET Core
Knowledge of RESTful API development for web applications
Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL for database management
Experience with testing suites (unit, integration, and functional testing)
Familiarity with Microservices and event-driven architecture
Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Awareness of SOLID coding principles

Desirable Skills
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos)
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for container management
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Previous experience in automotive solutions (beneficial for the Vehicles Platform project)
Exposure to Twilio Flex (beneficial for CRM development)

Additional Information
Work Hours: Aligned with UK working hours (5 am – 1 pm UK time preferred)
Communication: High-level English proficiency is essential for daily stand-ups and project meetings.
