Hey there! I'm Bryan Ang, founder of Growth Squared Pte Ltd. I help SME owners and businesses scale through proven digital marketing strategies. I'm looking for a talented appointment setter to join my team and help me connect with more business owners who need our help.

What I'm Offering:
Base Salary: SGD 800 per month
Performance Incentive: $80 per successful conversion from appointment to sale (My conversions are 40-50%) so for every qualified appointment you are able to get $40 sgd on average
Opportunity for bonuses based on performance metrics

What I Need From You:
Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) CRM platform
Expert-level proficiency in WhatsApp communication (Especially how to chat like a friend to prospects)
Professional phone communication skills with neutral accent
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Excellent English communication skills
Strong understanding of SME business challenges
Minimum 2 years experience in appointment setting
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

Lead Management:

Managing leads coming in from my marketing campaigns
Following up through WhatsApp, calls, and email
Qualifying business owners who are serious about growth
Understanding their marketing challenges

Communication:
Having meaningful conversations with business owners via WhatsApp
Conducting discovery calls
Building rapport with potential clients
Handling objections professionally
Explaining how I can help transform their business

Appointment Setting:
Booking qualified business owners into my calendar
Ensuring high show-up rates
Following up before and after appointments
Meeting monthly booking targets
Preparing prospects for their strategy sessions with me

System Management:
Keeping our GHL system updated
Tracking your conversion metrics
Documenting client challenges
Helping us improve our processes

Work Setup:
You'll work remotely (90% work from home)
Potential opportunities to join me in Singapore or at events
You'll be part of my core team
Access to my digital marketing training resources

Technical Requirements:
Stable internet connection (minimum 50Mbps)
Professional home office setup with laptop or desktop
Smartphone

How We'll Measure Success:
Number of qualified appointments you set monthly
Show-up rate for strategy sessions
Your lead-to-appointment conversion rate
Quality of appointments
Your response time to new leads
