We are seeking a Senior PPC Expert who will be responsible for creating, optimizing and managing our advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform, both on the AMS and DSP side. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their specific goals and needs, develop custom Amazon Ads strategies, and continuously improve campaigns to achieve optimal results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Campaign Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies tailored to each client's unique goals, considering factors such as product seasonality, sales cycles, and the competitive landscape.
- Keyword Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and continually refine keyword lists to ensure campaigns target the most relevant and high-converting search terms.
- Bid Management: Implement intelligent bid strategies to optimize ad spend, maximize ROI, and achieve the best possible ad placements while staying within the budget.
- Ad Creative Enhancement: Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling ad copy, imagery, and video content that aligns with client branding and boosts click-through rate and conversion rates.
- Product Listing Optimization Suggestion: Work closely with our account managers and provide ideas on how to enhance visibility and conversion for the products, including optimizing titles with the newest search term that convert, image ideas & etc.
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly assess competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for gaining a competitive edge and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Budget Allocation: Manage budget allocation across various campaign types, ensuring a balanced approach that optimizes spending for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as ACoS, conversion rates, and click-through rates. React promptly to any deviations from performance goals.
- Campaign Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding campaign reach, including exploring new Amazon Advertising features, targeting options, and international marketplaces.
- Reporting and Insights: Generate and present comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance and insights to clients, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Amazon DSP Integration: Explore opportunities to integrate Amazon Demand-Side Platform into client strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Seasonal Planning: Develop and execute seasonal and holiday-specific advertising strategies to capitalize on peak shopping periods.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all campaigns adhere to Amazon's advertising policies and guidelines, minimizing the risk of campaign suspensions or penalties.
- Client Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, performance, and key insights, and actively address client feedback and concerns. Participate in weekly/monthly calls with clients.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continually educate yourself on the latest trends and advancements in Amazon PPC advertising and e-commerce, sharing this knowledge with the team and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Amazon Advertising data to drive campaign improvements.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
