QUALIFICATION:
• A Graduate of any accounting-related course (BS Accounting or BS Accounting Technology
system).
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus but not always required.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a focus on senior-level tasks
such as financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
• Experience in handling complex accounting tasks, such as month-end and year-end closing
processes, preparing financial statements, and performing reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS), and financial
reporting.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Attention to detail in reviewing financial documents and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff, providing training, and assisting in team
development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and external
stakeholders, such as auditors or tax authorities.
• Has experience in interacting with clients and conducting meetings with them.
• Willing to be assigned to the Quezon City branch.
• Has perseverance in work, does not easily give up, and is eager to learn more about accounting
tasks.
