Position Overview:
Are you a talented Virtual Bookkeeper based in the Philippines, looking to join a team that feels like home? We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, passionate about numbers, and ready to make a difference. As part of our remote team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients can make informed financial decisions, all while working in an environment that values you as a person first.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain precise financial records to keep everything running smoothly
Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy
Process accounts payable and receivable with timeliness and care
Prepare financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews
Collaborate with our tax planning team to implement effective tax-saving strategies
Keep all client information confidential with the highest level of trust and discretion
Work within timelines that align with our US-based team, but we’ll make sure you still have plenty of free time for family during the day

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping
Skilled in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
Detail-oriented and organized—you love getting the numbers right!
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of Philippine and international tax codes is a bonus
Reliable, trustworthy, and full of integrity
Stable internet connection and a workspace set up for success
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting is a plus
