As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team.

About the Role:

This is a part-time independent contractor role (remote) with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment after 90 days based on performance and business needs.

You will work closely with the Financial Controller and be responsible for month-end close and consolidation work across multiple entities. For the right candidate, the role will expand into full-cycle accounting and additional responsibilities.

? Flexible Hours: 20-30 hours per week to start
? Timezone Overlap: 2-3 hours daily overlap with EST required
? Reports to: Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform monthly close processes across multiple entities
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and inter-company eliminations
• Conduct financial consolidations and reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Assist with cash flow tracking and financial reporting
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller on process improvements
• Potential to expand into full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, payroll support, and financial analysis

Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
? Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-entity or consolidated environments
? Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
? Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
? Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
? Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Compensation:
• Fixed monthly amount of $1,000-$1500 depending on experience and PT hours
• Potential to transition to full-time salaried position after 90 days
