Client Advisory: Provide clients with actionable financial insights, advising on financial planning, compliance, and strategic decision-making to drive client success.

Tech Implementation: Be a key contributor in evaluating and integrating technology solutions, streamlining accounting tasks and data collection, and enhancing our overall tech adoption.

Compliance & Reporting: Prepare, file, and manage accurate tax filings, payroll, and regulatory reports. Maintain organized, accessible records for audit and review.

-You’re tech-savvy and excited to integrate new tools to elevate performance and streamline tasks.
-You find purpose in simplifying complex financial data and empowering clients through knowledge.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in accounting or a related field, with experience in financial reporting, compliance, and process implementation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QBO and experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Etsy, Stripe, Amazon).
- Analytical Abilities: Strong capability to analyze financial statements and investment bank accounts, sorting complex transactions with precision.
-Leadership: Proven experience managing or mentoring a team, especially in implementing standardized processes.
-Commitment: Ability to work in the EST time zone, with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.
