Overview:
The Senior Account Specialist at our digital marketing agency is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of client accounts, supervising account management staff, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier client service within the digital marketing agency. This role encompasses the full scope of account management activities, along with additional responsibilities for team leadership, training, mentorship, and process improvement. The Senior Account Specialist uses a variety of tools, including Airtable, Slack, and ClickUp, to lead both client account strategies and team development effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Advanced proficiency in Airtable, Slack, ClickUp, and other digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop team
- Strategic thinking with an ability to manage key client relationships and drive team performance.

Tools and Technologies:
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in utilizing Airtable, Slack, and ClickUp for comprehensive account management and team collaboration.
- Deliverables:
- Effective management of client accounts, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Leadership and development of the Account Management team, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Strategic oversight of account management processes, implementing improvements and innovations to drive agency success.
