Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our clients within our Slack network, assisting them with their candidate searches and other related inquiries. This position involves both phone and chat communication with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and guidance. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and updating searches, taking client feedback, updating preferences, matching candidates to open roles, scheduling interviews, writing company bios, and conducting research. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in tech.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Assist clients in our Slack network with their candidate searches and other related inquiries through zoom and written Slack chat.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling, helping clients maximize the value they receive from Leopard.fyi.
Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing any questions or concerns.
Technical Recruiting: Build and update candidate searches based on client feedback, updating preferences, and matching candidates to open roles.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Writing Company Bios: Craft compelling and informative company bios that accurately reflect the clients' values, culture, and opportunities.
Research: Conduct research on industry trends, client companies, and candidates to provide insightful recommendations and updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketplace team (client team, candidate experience, etc.) to stay on top of high-priority searches.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, client satisfaction, and areas for improvement to share with internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Recruiting Skills: Experience in building candidate searches, taking client feedback, updating preferences, and matching candidates to open roles.
Scheduling Experience: Proficiency in coordinating and scheduling interviews between multiple stakeholders.
Writing Skills: Ability to craft engaging and informative company bios that reflect the clients' values and opportunities.
Phone Skills: Ability to talk comfortably with clients about account activity on zoom.
Remote Experience: Previous experience working in a remote environment and managing remote relationships effectively.
Tech Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech industry trends, software engineering, and startups are a plus
Time Zone Requirements: Full overlap with US PST or EST hours is required.
Compensation & Benefits: Full Time schedule at $7.5 an hour with significant bonuses available when you help make successful placements. We also offer PTO days and holidays.
