Senior Accessibility Tester

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Accessibility Tester to evaluate websites, applications, and digital content for compliance with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and other accessibility standards. You will collaborate with our team to identify barriers for users with disabilities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:
Conduct accessibility testing using screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies.
Identify WCAG violations and document findings in detailed reports.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure accessibility compliance.
Provide recommendations for improving digital accessibility.
Stay updated on accessibility best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:
Experience with WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines and accessibility testing tools.
Familiarity with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
Ability to perform manual and automated accessibility testing.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Experience in web development, UX design, or digital accessibility is a plus.
IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or CPWA) is a bonus but not required.
