Seeking an Experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Superstar For Australia/NZ Projects

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimating within Australia or New Zealand and will play a key role in supporting residential, commercial, and civil projects.

Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using Buildsoft Cubit and Bluebeam.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and rate building for various projects.
- Prepare comprehensive tender submissions and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate via TeaUpgrade to see actual infoetings with the Sydney-based owner.

Skills Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in estimating and quantity surveying.
- Familiarity of Australian and New Zealand construction standards.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and others.
- Talented in analysing and understanding construction documents.
- Master of digital take-offs, with a preference for familiarity with Cubit, Buildsoft, and Bluebeam.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Applicant Supplied Equipment:
- A reliable, well-spec'd computer or laptop, along with a headset and webcam.
- Stable, high-speed and low-latency internet connection through Ethernet for work on a virtual desktop based in Australia.
- Dual large monitors (1080p or higher).
- A professional workspace for conducting work and teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings.
