Seeking a Technical Co-Founder for a SaaS Startup (Remote - Philippines)

Who We Are:
I’m building a SaaS company and looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join me in bringing this vision to life. The ideal partner will be someone passionate about startups, experienced in software development, and excited to take ownership of the technical side of the business.

What You’ll Do:

Lead product development – Choose the best tech stack, architecture, and infrastructure for our SaaS platform.
Write high-quality code – Develop the MVP, iterate quickly, and scale the product.
Work on integrations – Implement third-party APIs, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices.
Optimize performance & security – Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.
Collaborate on business strategy – Work closely with me to refine our product-market fit and growth plans.
Build & lead the tech team – As we grow, you’ll recruit and manage additional developers.
What I’m Looking For:
Full-stack development experience – Comfortable with both frontend & backend development.
Experience in SaaS development – Preferably worked on a SaaS product before.
Startup mindset – Willing to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with an ownership mentality.
Strong problem-solving skills – Ability to troubleshoot and iterate quickly.
Cloud & DevOps knowledge – Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Entrepreneurial spirit – Interested in equity-based compensation and long-term commitment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI/ML, automation tools, or API-driven products.
Familiarity with subscription-based business models.
Previous experience as a CTO or Lead Developer in a startup.
