Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a long-term, remote position in real estate administration?

Your Responsibilities:

- Marketing: Create and send email campaigns using provided templates. Prospect for new leads and add them to our CRM.
- Listing Management: Upload and remove property listings on various real estate websites.
- Documentation: Prepare agreement forms, contracts, and other necessary documents.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage emails, calendars, databases, and spreadsheets.

What We're Looking For:

-Fluency: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers and software like Microsoft Office (especially Outlook).
-Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
