Seeking Experienced Outbound Appointment Setters (Voice & Non-Voice) for Remote Opportunities

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Outbound Appointment Setters to join our team. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients through voice calls or Instagram direct messages (DMs) to schedule appointments. You must be comfortable with both voice and non-voice communication, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively manage client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospects and schedule appointments.
Send Instagram DMs to leads and engage them in conversation to book appointments.
Manage and organize appointments in the calendar.
Follow up with prospects to ensure appointments are confirmed.
Maintain accurate records of calls, DMs, and appointments.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in appointment setting or customer service.
Strong communication skills, both verbal (voice) and written (non-voice).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with using Instagram for outreach is a plus.
A proactive and positive attitude.
