We’re looking for a top-tier recruiter who can find, attract, and secure the best Filipino Virtual Assistants and Automation Engineers. This isn’t your typical HR role—we need a headhunter who knows how to hunt for top talent, go beyond job boards, and use creative sourcing methods.

What You’ll Do:
? Find & Recruit Top Talent – Identify skilled VAs & automation engineers with expertise in Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, AI, & Python-based automation.
? Creative Talent Sourcing – Use GitHub, LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, and niche job boards to find hidden gems.
? Onboarding & Integration – Ensure seamless onboarding, training, and role alignment.
? Hubstaff & Performance Tracking – Monitor work hours, productivity, KPIs, and employee performance.
? Data-Driven Hiring – Use performance reports to ensure every hire delivers ROI.

Who We’re Looking For:
???? Proven recruitment/headhunting experience (tech & automation hiring is a big plus).
???? Understands automation & AI talent (Zapier, APIs, AI workflows, etc.).
???? Creative & proactive in finding top candidates beyond typical job sites.
???? Organized & data-driven, skilled at tracking performance & KPIs.
???? Experienced with Hubstaff or similar productivity monitoring tools.
???? Remote work experience, ideally recruiting/managing teams in the Philippines.
