Qualifications:
-College graduate
-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Highly organized with great attention to detail
-Punctual and reliable
-Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality (NDA required)
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
-Answer and direct phone calls and
-Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
-Edit and proofread documents
-Schedule and prepare meeting agendas
-Relay messages and ensure smooth internal communication
-Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
