Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage personal errands, and assist with client and PR-related tasks. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discrete professional with exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar &
Travel & Logistics: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Document & File Management: Draft and organize documents, presentations, and maintain efficient file systems.
Personal Tasks: Handle personal errands, appointments, and event coordination for the CEO.
Research & Client Support: Conduct industry research, monitor media coverage, and assist with client communications as needed.
Core Skills:
Organized & Efficient: Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (Trello, Asana).

Qualifications:
3+ years supporting C-suite executives or high-level professionals.
