Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Zoho Sprints to join our team. The Scrum Master will guide our development teams in following Agile principles, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions on time. You will facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and ensure that teams are effectively utilizing Zoho Sprints for task management, tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives using Zoho Sprints.
Zoho Sprints Management: Ensure Zoho Sprints is set up for sprint planning, backlog management, and task tracking. Optimize Zoho Sprints workflows to improve transparency and productivity.
Sprint Monitoring: Track progress against sprint goals, identify potential blockers, and work with the team to resolve impediments quickly.
Backlog Grooming: Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog in Zoho Sprints.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure alignment on sprint goals and deliverables.
Reporting & Metrics: Use Zoho Sprints to generate burndown charts, velocity reports, and other relevant metrics to keep stakeholders informed about progress and performance.
Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement in team processes through retrospectives and regular feedback loops.
Mentorship & Guidance: Provide Agile coaching to team members to ensure they are following Scrum principles and maximizing their productivity using Zoho Sprints.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with hands-on experience in Zoho Sprints.
Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog grooming, task management, and Agile metrics in Zoho Sprints.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues and impediments that affect sprint progress.
Certification: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Experience in IoT, hardware, firmware, or a related industry would be a plus.
Tools: Familiarity with other project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack) is a bonus.
