We are a legal tech startup developing AI-based solutions for patent lawyers. We have been using Kanban for coordinating our development work for some time. However, as our team has grown over the last year, to now 10 developers, we realize that not all of our developers have experience with agile development, plus some problems were visible on the board, but we did not have someone to observe the board, connect with the developers, and point out to the managers that something needs to be changed. We are therefore looking for
- an experienced (at least three years) and preferably certified Scrum Master
- friendly, with empathy and emotional intelligence for making a connection to the developers
- with self-confidence for pointing out problems to developers or management, and initiating regular tea
- with very good English skills
- ideally a university degree in computer science or related
This is not a full-time role and probably also less than the indicated 20 hours per week. However, once you have learned a bit about AI and legal tech, there are probably additional roles that you could take over, especially if you have a strong computer science background and/or programming experience.
In your application, please clearly indicate:
- how many years of experience as scrum master you have, and whether this was full-time or part-time
- whether you have a bachelors or masters and from which university
We are looking forward to hearing from you!
