Role Overview:
We’re searching for a scriptwriter experienced in creating high-impact, viral content. This role involves writing scripts for short-form videos tailored to social media platforms, conducting market research to identify trends, and collaborating closely with our team to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write 7 creative and engaging short-form video scripts per week.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and best-performing content in the cannabis industry and beyond.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and align scripts with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Create content that grabs attention, sparks engagement, and encourages sharing.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in writing scripts with a high potential for virality.
- Ability to conduct market research to uncover trending topics and formats.
- Strong storytelling skills and understanding of social media content styles, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.

Position Details:

- Type: Project-based with the potential for full-time after a successful trial.
- Trial Period: 1-week paid trial, during which you’ll create scripts for evaluation.
- Location: Fully remote.
- Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and productivity.
