Script Writers (Fluent in English, No AI)

Looking for serious and capable script writers that are proficient in the English language. The scripts we are looking for ranges from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. (about 700 characters all the way to 3000 characters). This is a part time listing that are looking for employees to work for about 3 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) and at a rate of $8-$10 an hour to start. With room for growth with higher hourly rate and more work hours.

Here are some of the things that we are looking for and a list of daily tasks that you will be doing.

Daily Tasks:

- Rewriting scripts (We will provide you a script as an inspiration and we will look for you to rewrite a similiar script or rewrite the script to fit our standards)

- Writing new scripts (We will give you some ideas and key points and you will have to write a script from scratch)

- Voicing the scripts with AI tools (This will be after we see that you are able to handle the script writing)

- Assign tasks to our video editor (This will also be after we see that you are able to handle the script writing and it will be done on Clickup)

What we are looking for:

- English Proficiency (Have a good understanding of the English language, able to write without the use of AI, be able to understand the task that is given to you)

- Flexible (Rarely we might have more work in a day and we want someone who is a little flexible and are able to work a bit more on any given day)

- Go-Getter (Someone who is diligent, someone who asks if there is any work even if I didn't send you a message when the workday starts, willing to ask questions)

- Able to work alongside US hours (Looking for employees that can work between 10AM - 1 to 2PM EST or 10PM - 1 to 2AM Manila Time, this can be flexible once we see that you are able to handle writing scripts on your own)

- Research (do research on what are some hooks to use to make good attention grabbing videos by researching what hook viral videos are using, news headlines, recent viral events, etc)

- Familiar with AI tools and other Programs (Chatgpt, Clickup, etc)

ADDITIONAL NOTES

We are fine with you using AI tools to help you with ideas or give you phrases but do not ask Chatgpt to generate a script and just copy and paste that to me. I have worked with AI for a good amount of time so I can see very easily what is AI generated and what isn't. So use AI to help you with your script but not write the script for you.

There are potential for growth, we will give bonuses and raises if we see that you are working hard and improving or if your scripts do well.
