The Company:

We are a media company, our market is the United States, and we are in the YouTube personal transformation niche.
Our goal is to build a team of extremely talented people, keep improving our content until it’s world-class, and hit 10M subscribers by 2027.

The role of a VA is crucial in our company as content drives our growth. We are looking for extremely talented VAs to help us reach millions.

As you may have noticed we did not put "having YouTube experience" in the description, because the truth is, as long as someone is very smart and understands what grabs people's attention learning youtube is not difficult at all, and we will teach it to you.


The Job:

The job will consist of script writing, generating AI voiceovers using our tools and proven formats, plus managing all aspects of channel organization from clip sourcing to SEO optimization.


Working Hours:

You will be working around 40ish hours per week.
We will set up a schedule that suits both well as soon as you get hired. We are very flexible when it comes to working hours.


Salary:

The salary will be competitive and above average for similar roles in the industry.
