About:
We're a fast-growing content creator business across multiple channels and we're seeking a dynamic scriptwriter VA that can edit videos and take over admin tasks.

We are looking for a scriptwriter who has previous experience writing scripts for youtube videos and other content areas like emails, blogs, and articles. This role is a part-time position but does have the possibility to turn into a full-time position. There is a probationary period but with great experience and being a great asset to the team this can result in long-term employment. You will have the chance to grow with the company and receive higher pay and bonuses as the company grows if you're offered a long-term position following the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities
-Research and develop engaging scripts for faceless YouTube videos
-Create narrative-driven content that captivates viewers without on-camera talent
-Optimize scripts for audience retention and YouTube SEO1
-Conduct thorough research on trending topics and audience interests
-Write scripts that align with brand messaging and channel goal

Required Skills
-Strong storytelling and creative writing abilities
-Strong ability to understand the brand tone and language
-Strong understanding of audience research
-Excellent command of written English
-Ability to write in different tones and styles

Proven experience in:
-Scriptwriting
-Content writing
-Email communication
-SEO optimization
-Blog Writing
-Social Media Content Writing

Technical Competencies
-Understanding of YouTube platform and audience trends
-Knowledge of content strategy
-Proficiency in research techniques
-Familiarity with Content Management Systems
-SEO and keyword research skills

Qualifications
-Experience with scriptwriting (MUST be able to show portfolio)
-Experience with Content Copywriting Writing Experience
-Experience with other social sites (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest is a PLUS)
-Experience with behind the scenes of digital content creation
-Proven portfolio of writing samples across multiple formats
-Strong time management and collaboration skills
