Job Description:
As a Science Writer on our team, you will:
Create engaging and scientifically accurate content, such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, web copy, and infographics, primarily in the life sciences field (biotech, pharma, medical devices, etc.).
Research and synthesize complex scientific topics into clear, compelling narratives for varied audiences, including industry professionals, researchers, and business leaders.
Collaborate with our editorial and strategy teams to align content with client goals, SEO best practices, and target audiences.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure adherence to regulatory and scientific accuracy standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in life sciences to create relevant, timely content.
Work closely with clients to ensure content meets their needs, including tone, style, and scientific rigor.


Key Responsibilities:
Write concise, informative content for various formats (blogs, articles, whitepapers, infographics, web pages).
Conduct thorough research on scientific topics, including reading studies, reports, and interviews with subject matter experts.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, readability, and technical accuracy.
Collaborate with writers, editors, and strategists to develop creative content strategies that meet business objectives.
Work within deadlines to deliver high-quality work on time.

Requirements:
Master’s or PhD in life sciences, biotechnology, medical degree or a related field (preferred), or significant experience writing in these areas.
Proven experience in science writing, preferably in the life sciences, healthcare, or medical sectors.
Strong ability to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible content for non-expert audiences.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing scientifically accurate content.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content creation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote work environment through messaging, zoom calls, and other forms of communication.
