Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Create, update, and manage schedules for employees, projects, or equipment, ensuring optimal efficiency and resource utilization.
Communication: Act as the central point of contact for schedule-related inquiries, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of updates or changes.
Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain scheduling data in relevant systems or software.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure schedules align with organizational goals and deadlines.
Reporting: Generate and distribute scheduling reports and analytics as needed.
Compliance: Ensure all scheduling practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Calendar, or specialized tools like Asana or Kronos).
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
