Our administrative team focuses on hiring, training and scheduling best caregivers for our clients and families that we serve.

Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Branch Manager, Scheduling Assistant is responsible for carrying out a series of supportive tasks to ensure accurate scheduling for all new and existing clients in the assigned territory. Responsible for ensuring that clients are receiving satisfactory service and caregivers are treated with most respect and appreciation. A strong team player that communicates clearly and professionally, with empathy and patience.


Minimum Qualifications:
• College degree and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of scheduling and/or health care preferred.
• Requires proficiency in word processing and computer skills (Office, Excel, Power Point, Scheduling System, CRM Database).
• Must possess above average human relations, customer service, and organizational skills. Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills are necessary.

Essential Functions:
• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely visit verification. This includes following up on all incomplete clock-in and clock-out caregiver records, making notes in the system, adjusting hours as appropriate.
• Responsible for completing all monthly monitoring tasks. This includes making outreach calls to all assigned clients and verifying their satisfaction with the caregiver as well as the services documenting all outcomes in the system.
• Responsible for completing all quarterly conferences. This includes calling assigned caregivers and conducting a survey based on the provided set of questions.
• Helping team by outreaching to caregivers to confirm their availability and schedules.
• Helping team by communicating with clients to confirm schedules.
• Schedule shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client’s needs.
• Works with the Branch Manager and members of the scheduling team to assist with other assigned tasks.

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CST
Working Environment: Remote
