Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson/Closer to join our team to sell our ebook products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of closing deals. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth for Organic Jusu’s ebook offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., social media,
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
Closing Deals:
Effectively communicate the benefits of Organic Jusu’s ebooks.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Handle objections and provide solutions to potential customers' concerns.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery and post-sales support.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a salesperson, sales representative, or in a similar role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Passion for health, wellness, and digital products.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the health and wellness industry.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
