Salesperson - Cold Calling Experience

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, experience in cold calling, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients. Your primary role will be to generate leads and close deals through outbound calls.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Present and promote our services/products effectively.
Handle objections and answer client inquiries professionally.
Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
Meet daily deliverables and provide reports on progress.

Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience in cold calling and sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Access to a reliable internet connection

Compensation & Trial Period:
Trial Month: Fixed $250 with daily deliverables and reporting.
Commission: 20% of the first month’s payment from closed deals.
