Capetivate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. We are a digital marketing company with a non-profit organization as our client developing their Salesforce CRM. This role is crucial in helping us leverage the full power of the Salesforce platform to drive our business forward.
About the Role:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions. This includes developing Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, Flow Triggers, and integrating with other systems.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and test custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, triggers, workflows, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs and other integration tools.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of our Salesforce platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer probably 2 years or more
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and security considerations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Developer certification (preferred).

Bonus Points:
• Experience with [Specific Salesforce Clouds - e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud].
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
