Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Developer to grow along with our well-established real estate company. This is a full time, work from home position, following US-CST hours. Rate will depend on experience.
For the Salesforce Developer (VA) position:
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or any other equivalent course.
* 2+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Developer.
* Proficient in Salesforce data modeling, metadata, and integration.
* Experience in Salesforce system development and Force.com.
* Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer (preferred).
* Must be able to write code, create reports and dashboards, upgrade the systems, create & maintain flows and automations, and gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
