Salesforce Analyst and Configuration Specialist

Position Summary:?We seek a highly skilled Salesforce Analyst and Configuration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and provide strategic recommendations for Salesforce enhancements. You will be responsible for configuring Salesforce to align with business processes, implementing integrations with other tools and systems, and ensuring optimal system performance to drive business success and would be open to work on EST time.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable Salesforce configurations.
- Provide insights and recommendations for Salesforce best practices and process improvements.
2. Salesforce Configuration
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and user permissions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Implement and manage Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
3. Integration Management
- Set up and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications (e.g., marketing automation tools, ERP systems, etc.).
- Utilize APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier) to ensure seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
4. System Maintenance and Support
- Ensure system reliability by monitoring data integrity and performing regular system audits.
- Provide end-user support and training, addressing any system issues or questions.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and ensure the organization leverages new features.
5. Collaboration and Documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce functionality with organizational goals.
- Document processes, workflows, and configurations for internal reference.
- Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.
 
Qualifications:
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Analyst, or Configuration Specialist.
* Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and automation tools.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and API usage.

* Skills:
* Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
* Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
* Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier) and data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader).
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

* Salesforce Certified Administrator
* Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
* Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
